Location is difficult to find. In a back lane. Double yellow lines, no parking outside building. Intercom system. Two chairs with arms in waiting area. Other seating low sofas with no arms. No toilets in this building. Toilets in another building 30 plus metres away. Assessments on ground floor. No appropriate seating in assessment room.

Nearest train station is over 200m away.
All on ground level.
Toilet is 30+ metres away in a different part of building.
Can walk straight into reception if dropped off.

In the city centre and unless you know exactly where it is it is difficult to find. it has two entrances and Inevitably you go in to the wrong door.
Due to demolition and building work in the area there is no parking outside. There is a cap park a short walk away but not very accessible due to steps and a steep ramp.
If you are dropped directly outside the door 2/3 m. across the pavement into the building.
Assessments are on the ground floor.
