Only a few disabled parking bays close by but almost impossible to get one unless very early in the morning. Not possible to drop somebody outside or even close due to its location on the road being just past a roundabout followed by a sharp bend and railings designed to prevent this.
Looks like a shop from the front. Go in via heavy glass doors to small waiting area with approx 8/10 seats in 2 rows to the right. Receptionist behind glass straight ahead. We were there for 9am appointment and waiting room was getting full with one person in a wheelchair taking up a lot of room. Probably 4 appointments take place at once. Health assessor comes through a door at the side of reception and calls you through. Walk down a corridor to assessment room. According to award notice this is 15 metres but that's debatable. Not sure if we were in the first room or the one furthest from reception so you might need to take note of how far you walk. Health care assessor we saw was a nurse.

250 yards to Bus station. Buses from train stn to bus stn. dist about 2 miles
Disabled Parking 50 yards away. 6 spaces frequently abused though by lazy bankers. Cannot drop in front as railings in way- nearest drop-point is disabled car park. Old shop ground floor off street. Not been in.
