Is parking free, for blue badge holders?

The assessor reckons the pay & display carpark nearest now physio building is 160 meters. Does anyone know if this is true as it didn't feel that far?

There is parking outside with a meter - there is no disabled parking near.
Whilst it is relatively easy to get in to the building in a wheelchair however, despite being told by ATOS that there was a Disabled toilet - this is not the case. The toilet, whilst being on the ground floor, you have to go through a room that is used for assessments, there was a computer desk right by the entrance door making it difficult for the wheelchair to get through, and then there is a small lobby area that the wheelchair cannot get in so you have to walk from the lobby to the toilet. There is a grip bar on the wall next to the toilet - perhaps this is why they said it was a disabled toilet!! There was no disabled sign on the door. I shall be writing to ATOS to ask them not to say that the toilet was disabled access so that people are not mislead.

There is on street parking with a meter right by this building so, as long as there is a space, access is very good.
