Im not sure if they moved the assessment centre to Belvedere trading estate from Blackbrook. All I can say it was a very pleasant environment and the 2 assessors today were Gemma & Mikaila who were very friendly and professional. They made my whole process an extremely pleasant one and put me at ease from the very start. Parking is not clearly labeled but Mikaila kindly showed us where to park. Everything on the ground floor. Thankyou

Located within the Blackbrook Pavilion, The assessment centre can be a difficult to find even when you have found the leisure centre, when you drive into the complex follow the road straight on to the right of the main building; the assessment entrance is on the left not marked in any way to suggest it is an assessment centre however you are looking for a set of green double doors labelled reception and indoor courts 1 to 4 (automatic opening).
Parking is good with 8 disabled spaces about 10 to 15 yards from the entrance door, inside the waiting seated area is about 5 yards from the entrance door, plenty of space inside, very good for wheel chair users.
The Assessment room is located to left of the entrance about 10 yards up the corridor, It appears to be run by one person so there is no reception to announce your arrival, you just wait in the tennis court observation area until you collected by the assessor .
A pleasant and calm environment compared to many centres I have experienced, with everything on the ground floor, a good experience for what can be a difficult and challenging situation.
