Went with a friend. No parking outside as double yellow lines with no loading markings. Seating has no armrests so not suitable for people who need assistance to get up ie. arthritis. Corridor to the back room was up and down including plastic ramp, no grab rails.. Assessment room was small and no room to move around and table.computer equipment and cabinet. The chairs again had no arms for disabled person to use NOT suitable for wheelchair accesable person. Very claustrophobic too no windows. Assessor did not introduce themselves but let slip during the assessment that they were a doctor.

Only visited site to check it out, located next door to funeral directors. parking on Babbacombe Road, limit 1 hour, or in pay and display car park in Hampton Road, by traffic lights.. Both approx. 60 m walk, all on the flat., easy drop off outside with no steps into premises , with seating area just inside door, wheel chair ok to this point.
