Hi only walked by site, as you go down Union St. its on the left next door to Clarks shoe shop, or opposite Bet Freds on the right, . Entrance is on the level, no steps ok for wheel chair, inside entrance their are ordinary chairs, all on the level with a reception office.
Bus stop 30 meters. Limited parking for blue badge holders 50 M. it is possible to drop someone off in the loading bay area just outsside office, with a public seat on pavement nearby to allow someone to sit and wait whilst a driver can park No general parking nearby, it may be possible to park in Market Street, 1st turning left after traffic lights approx. 800M. Alternative parking behind town hall in Lymington Road, 1000 m or in Castle Rd 700 M
