If you live in Pudsey, you might be asked to go to their Bradford assessment centre which is literally miles away! (approx £60 rtn taxi fare) so ask for Kingswood House. It is easily accessible (compared to the alternative) and approx 0.8 mile from Pudsey centre. If my memory is right, assessments are on ground floor. New Pudsey station is nearest train station but there is a bus stop to and from Leeds located nearby. Not sure about parking sorry

We couldn't find any disabled parking nearby, so had to park in a road nearby. There is a disabled toilet available on the ground floor. The appointment was held on the ground floor. The nearest railway station would be New Pudsey. I couldn't open the entrance door though - my husband had to do it for me, because it needed a bit of a shove!
