Hospital in-patients and regular treatment

You will be regarded as having limited capability for work on any days in which you are an in-patient in hospital or recovering from in-patient treatment.

The same applies to any week in which you are receiving, or recovering from receiving, certain regular treatments such as:

• haemodialysis;
• radiotherapy; or
• total parenteral nutrition.
