Sorry, I forgot to ask. Where is your advise on F2F assessments please? We don't even know what this assessment is for as it just says as requested by DWP without anything about ESA or PIP or DLA on it.
The last form we filled in was the ESA50 but that was summer.
Do they normally not tell you which benefit it's for?
I don't recall this in the past.

we are confused as he had this not too long ago and not long after his PIP assessment and then we got the ESA50 in summer which was sent in and he got a letter 2 weeks later saying he'd been placed in support group and mentioned a xmas bonus.
Now this and it doesn't say ESA or PIP or DLA.

If the letter is from CHDA then it is an ESA assessment and our ESA Claim guides have details of what this will consist of.
