Hello,
and who monitors and evaluates the work of assessors and decision-makers,
or are they self-regulating?

Thanks,
in the document you've recommended I look at . I've just read the answers to my questions today, from Harringtons own report. It states that "decision-makers (should) receive training
so that they can give appropriate weight to additional evidence." Which begs the question , why was that not the case from the beginning! And, if dms are at different stages of that training process, where is the consistency within the system...?

Hi S,

Atos and the DWP.

ATOS are contracted by The Secretary of State to provide medical services for the DWP

Any complaints regarding either could be taken up by your M.P.
