It is becoming increasingly common for claimants to be placed in the SG without an assessment so I would not worry about it.
You can request the ESA85A assessment report which would have been produced by ATOS from your ESA50 and the evidence attached to it, this may give you a better understanding of why you were successful.
It sounds like you may have qualified under what is called Regulation 35, which is based on your overall health, there is a section about this in the ESA Claim guides.
Each re-assessment of your ESA starts from scratch, so there is always the prospect of a reduced award, but if your health remains unchanged in the interim, then there is no reason to assume that your award will be changed, remember you qualified this time without a face to face assessment, so it must have been very clear from your ESA50 that you met the criteria.

Congratulations on your award.
If you find the time/inclination, I’d be hugely interested in the wording of the letter relating to the “stress” element, as I’m sure others for whom part two of the ESA50 is the main area of their claim?
