Could someone please help? At the beginning of the month I received an ESA50 form with medical questionnaire. I filled in the form and got evidence from my GP, Psychiatrist and carer, but I have not sent it back yet as I have until May 4th for the DWP to receive it. Today I got another letter telling me I was in the support group and the benefit rates, the form makes no sense however adding it all up they appear to be saying I get the same as I was last year, with the added bit of my wife who is my registered carer, may having to attend a work focused interview.
My question folks is do I return the ESA50, as I have the feeling I,ll be sanctioned, basically what do I do

This sounds like the semi-annual entitlement letter for ESA, they are late this year, it will not be anything to do with your assessment if the ESA50 is still to be returned..
You need to return the ESA50 as required.
