capita assesment in birmingham

Hi I have been told that my assessment when it happens will be with Capita in Birmingham.
Does anyone know the correct address for Capita Birmingham. It is showing 2 addresses on the internet.

I have recently been to 10 - 12 Newhall St.
Edmund House, not easy to find as name about 30 ft up on wall of building and no numbers on door!
