PIP1 call made-no letter to sign received was created by bonnieevans@talktalk.net
I am transferring from DLA to PIP. I made the telephone call last week as per DLA invitation letter.
I understood from your excellent info I would receive a completed PIP1 form, based on my phone call, to sign and return. I have not received this, only the "How your disability affects you" form to complete within 28 days.
Has your advice and DLA proceedure changed, or have I misunderstood itplease?
I am worried the DWP might have forgotten to send the completed PIP1 form for me to sign and return, in which case I think my PIP application would be dropped automatically. Help please!!

The PIP1 is now only sent to a few claimants, where information needs to be confirmed, most claimants no longer receive it.
I have asked for the guide to be updated, but we try and limit updates to major changes so that members do not have to keep downloading them, especially as many members find it easier to read a printed copy.
