Hi Everyone,
I recently sent a letter to the DWP with regards to my current situation being reconsidered.
I didnt fill out an ESA booklet this time, i just wrote a letter of Appeal, and sent supporting evidence.
I 'm not sure whether i have done this correctly as the 2 SG descriptors are confusing  ? ?

If you were found not to have limited capability for work ?

If you were found not to have limited capability for work related activity ?

I am in the WRAG at present, and i am hoping to be placed in the SG, so i'm not sure which one is correct ?

Any help most appreciated, thank's

Being found to have limited capability for work = ESA (at least WRAG)

Not being found to have limited capability for work = no ESA at all

Being found to have limited capability for work related activity = ESA support group

Not to have limited capability for work related activity = ESA WRAG or no ESA at all.

Being found to have limited capability for work but not to have limited capability for work related activity = ESA WRAG

Awarded ESA with the WRAG component means you're not in the SG.
