Can I claim for ESA again? Or do I have to go along with being put into the WRAG when I know I shouldn't be?

I have appealed but they still said I should be in this group. I don't know wether I can be bothered with an Upper tribunal, because there's still no guarentee of an award.

I had my last ESA medical on May 11th last year. Since then i've had to have a subtalar joint fusion on my right ankle. Also in April of this year because of a slipped disc in my back i've also started wetting myself without knowing I need to.

So I don't know if I should claim again that's all or even if I can. Or if I can't who should I tell that i've got worse? Is it my local Jobcentre Plus office or the Tribunal place I went to?

Hi since my last medical in May last year I have got worse since then i've had to have a subtalar joint fusion in November last year on my right ankle which affects my standing and walking even more.

Also in April this year because I have a herniated disc at L5/S1 I have alos started wetting myself. I don't even know when i'm doing it.

I just don't know whether to claim again or what to do any advice would be grateful. Thank you very much for you're time. Or who do I tell that i'm getting worse? Is it my local Jobcentre Plus office or the place I went for my Tribunal?

If you now believe you meet the criteria for the Support Group, see

Qualifying for the Support Group

You can request a Supersession or re-assessment of your claim by the DWP, in principle, you can request this over the phone, but it would be wise to follow it up in writing. Any re-assessment holds a certain degree of risk, see

Is there any risk to challenging a decision?

Thanks a lot Gordon for the information but does that mean I have to fill the form in again then or what?

Can I also ask who do I have to tell i've got worse the Jobcentre Plus or the place I went for my Tribunal?

You need to contact the DWP office (not JC+) that normally deal with your claim.

At the very least you will need to complete a new ESA50 and possibly a medical.

Remember, as you are the party initiating the review, it will be up to you to provide compelling evidence that you meet the SG criteria.
