You do not receive any confirmation of receipt of The ESA50.
It is relatively early days yet, and you will continue to receive your SDA until you are assessed and a decision is made.
You could contact : The Centre for Health and Disability Assessments.(CHDA) (Maximus) who took over the ESA WCA Contract from ATOS on Monday. (Yesterday)
You might want to peruse our : IB, IS, SDA, Migration to ESA FAQ’s and our : ESA FAQ’s
