ESA2 form

A quick question concerning this form from the DWP/JCP. They've sent me this ESA2 form asking about financies, bank accounts, etc that's some 47 pages long. Then on the last page there's a box saying 'Interviewing Officer's Signature', does this mean I'm being investigated for any kind of monetary misdeed or fraud?

Is anyone else getting this form, or are they just trying to put the wind up those who are in the ESA support Group?

It definetly calls itself 'ESA2 10/13' form.

I'm on income related ESA at support group level and I get the enhanced premium.
Is it just that they're checking my bank accounts etc??

We are aware that there is a more current version of The ESA 3, but it looks much the same.

I have never heard of an ESA 2 either, that doesn't mean that they don't exist though!

It is hard sometimes to keep up with all the differently numbered ESA Forms.

We are aware that they are currently "pestering" ESA SG Members, so I wouldn't worry too much.

Fill it in and send it back !!
