'Integrity' seems something of a misnomer! :(

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Someone I know received an ESA2 10/14 ( same form as above, but updated Oct 2014) from Bradford Benefit Integrity Centre.

However, this appears to be in response to a letter the claimant sent tot he Job centre with regards to a change of circumstances.

This post might be of use to the mods.

I have highlighted details on the front covers of the ESA2 and ESA3 forms. Both forms are almost identical inside seeking the same information. Ironically, the person who recently received an ESA2, did so after they reported a change of circumstances, so one would have thought the ESA3 would have been the form they should have received. Equally, they are also due an ESA50 for their re-assessment, in which case the ESA2 – review claim - may explain why they received the ESA2 version.

ESA2 10/14

Review Claim form and notes about how to claim

You have been getting Employment and Support Allowance for a while now.

The amount of money you are entitled to is based on what you have told us. If anything changes and you do not tell us, you might get the wrong amount of money.

We need to make sure you are getting the right amount of money.

ESA3 10/12

Application for re-assessment

Why we have sent you this form

You are claiming contribution-based Employment and Support Allowance. You have told us
  • about a change in your circumstances, or
  • you want to claim income-related Employment and Support Allowance.

This means we need to look at your claim again.
