ESA cb and wondering whats next?

Hi I am in receipt of DLA mob high and low care which is due for renewal June 15 but in the last year with diagnosis of other conditions recently lost my job through ill health. Within a week of ESA cb decision I received ESA50 form which I completed with the help of B&W thank you. I had to return the ESA50 and medical evidence to ATOS (just before change over to Maximus I think). I have heard nothing from ATOS and have no contact number for them but on contacting the DWP the girl I spoke to said she could see I have had a medical and when I said I hadnt had a medical and was waiting to hear from Atos she said Oh no thats right and I was told to keep providing fit notes. Confusing? I then received the annual uprating letter for ESA telling me I would not receive ESA cb after Oct 15. So I am not sure if it has been assessed or not or if I am still in assessment phase? I then got a DLA renewal form and then a letterconfirming DLA receipt and end date and a description of PIP. I am getting so confused with all this information (I have brain fog) so I guess my question is should I complete the DLA form and then wait for PIP form or should I tell DWP my health has worsened and request a pip form. If I did the latter would they stop my DLA while they assess PIP? How would I know if ESA has been assessed from the ESA50 form? It is all so confusing and even more so it is frustrating for me as I used to work in this environment but because of my health issues I now struggle.
