pension credit was created by Tommy Miner
my wife and i are both claiming contribution based esa and are both in the support group my question is if my wife loses her right to contribution based esa would we then be able to put in a claim for pension credit for the both of us due to the fact i am of pension credit age i am 63 years old and my wife is 60 years old that would mean i would then move from esa onto pension credit bearing in mind also i have pension payments deducted from my esa and financially we would not be better off on esa payments and could you also advise on the position of also claiming carers allowance as well along with pension credit or would you advise on going about it in a different way please advice on the pros and negatives if any by trying to claim pension credit instead of esa if my wife loses her esa claim at a future date thanks again tommy
