post handling site

Hi Guys!
Just got a second letter sent to me without a benefit center address on just a Wolverhampton post handling site; is it a reliable and safe place to send correspondence? Before these it was Cardiff or Sheffield.

Hi ms,

Most if not all DWP's national mail now goes via The Wolverhampton Post Handling Site.

Each individual DWP office is identified by the Wolverhampton "site" (e.g. Site A, B, etc) and the Postcode of the Wolverhampton Site.

It is then physically sorted and sent to an another office, generally Kidderminster or Telford, where it is opened, scanned/e-mailed to the appropriate local DWP Benefits Office/Centre.

Therefore, you should use the exact address that you have been given.
