Interesting to know they are restricted by number of words they can type into a box. They should be able to record everything relevant. Wonder how often they redact or shorten info to make it fit into one of these boxes???

Yes it does.
I only know because they became agitated while typing and ran out of word space and that was at start so couldn't fit all medication on so put all the most powerful. It actually states on one page of PA 4 that word count exceeded. It maybe why so many members say not all that was said is included as the system only allows for specific word count and for those like myself with multiple illnesses, disabilities and conditions it doesn't work.

Makes sense on the restriction when you read what they have written. I think some fear they are callous or daft, but the reports are obviously short-handed. My ESA seemed to have half a sentence missing of the last report which made it sound contrary to the recommendation she made. Most joining words are missing.

Even before reading the V3 PIPAT, I figured out that was going on with my ESA assessment tool. I think it puts the assessor in a difficult position and trying to presis everything you typed in a limited, permitted time to write the interview up, would make things problematic at best, impossible at worst if the clients condition is complex.

That is why only descriptors that the assessor feel will score or explain are reported along with conditions. I only had 2 conditions reported on and got support group for ESA.
