Hi
I work full time, on PIP and Mobility Daily Care rate both enhanced.

I have been diagnosed with a learning difficulty and Cognitive deficiencies.
My claim is until Sep 2017.

I am aware It states in PIP Guide I have to inform DWP of any Change in Circumstances.
Well since being awarded both benefits for disabilities, I now have 3 disabilities possibly 4 if you count the Cognitive deficiency. All in a professional report paid for by my Employer, i have GP reports to back up and Occupational health reports, as evidence. Medications added and increased Morphine.

I feel If I inform DWP , I am going to be called for a face to face assessment, which is 1 of the worst experiences, I had 2 years ago, i complained about my assessor to ATOS, I still have no response re complaint, 2 years on.

I am aware It states in PIP Guide I have to inform DWP of any Change in Circs

This is all Treasury led review to cut benefits for disabled people such as us people like myself who work and contribute to society is a stats led £ saving issue..

Can anyone offer me any advice please, My Concentration and memory is dire, I have to record meetings as I forget vital parts in my work.

I would really appreciate anyone who is going through a similar experience or has had to go through the experience and what was the outcome?

What do I do?

What do I not do?

thanks J

Your learning difficulties and cognitive deviancies will not be things that you have recently started suffering from, they are something that you will have had for the whole of your life, so these limitations will have been considered when the DWP made your current award of PIP.

All you have received recently is a formal diagnosis of these problems, so I see no specific requirement for you to contact the DWP about them. They simply confirm the severity of your problems.
