Help my ESA stopped!

I'm sorry, I've checked the SSCS1 and the ESA Appeal guide and I can't find the phrase "see attached" in either of them, can you tell me exactly what document you are looking at and the page number.

Are you referring to the completed example of an SSCS1 in the PIP Appeal submissions guide?

The "attached" is on pages 10-12 of the guide.

You should certainly correct factual errors in the report, but be aware that the Decision Maker will take the report as being correct unless you supply evidence that significantly contradicts it's recommendations, the points you raise are not sufficient to show this.

As frustrating as errors like this are, the only way you will receive an award is by showing that you meet the criteria for one.
