Thank you
OK, just a bit confused, but let's park that for a moment.
If this is an ESA assessment then you need to attend, your being in receipt of DLA of DLA at any level does not exempt you from attending, a failure to attend may result in your claim being closed.
Is it reasonable to assume that you are not being assessed for PIP at the moment?

No problem
As long as you are comfortable about what is going on.

Hi J,
It sounds like you have filled in and returned an ESA50, which can be seen : Here
As it now seems that it is an ESA face to face assessment, this FAQ may be helpful :

Mel b here.
I have just read your issue and since I have been a member of this excellent forum and have read posts. It seems that they make their own rules up as they go along and fail to know the law.
Problem is the general public know no better. This site is worth its weight in GOLD !!
Good luck seems you have the law on your side!
