why do these people pass the book with each other?
I have "tried" to lodge a complaint with Capita and was told that when i get a decision is the only time can lodge a complaint.

Tbf i have never ever had a problem in the previous years with claimig and have always felt fairly treated and listened to
from the very start of this dla to pip change over has been farcical from the !st phone call !.

on my repot assessor has "scored" me 10 points for each but it is sooo contradictory and inconsistant, do you think tht the DM will realise? on report it states that my low mood and depression is nothing and i dont take medicine nor have any specialist imput?
when infact i see a psychologist and have a letter of support from her supporting my claim !. which was sent off with all other support letter s with form etc.

sorry for being a nuisance
they really know how to make the ill and disabled feel really down and $%£T about themselves dont they!

kind reagrds

The Decision Maker has no medical training so they might not notice apparent contradictions.

It looks as if you will have to wait for a decision before you can do anything else.

Thanks for your reply Mrs HB

I have taken your earlier advice and after trying to contact the departments involved and getting nowhere by telephone , I have sent a email to Capita and typed a letter to the DWP pip department addessed to "decision maker"

I havent picked up and told about all the inaccuracies in the report , just the major fabrictions made by the "nurse"

One major lie she has told was that i have a condition and have never been admitted with it and it is under control , which in fact is anything but the truth
I was rushed into hospital with the condition and was kept in hospital for 2 weeks, was very ill and was in fact fighting for my life,.. it is far from under control now.

I feel that I have no other option but to make a complaint as it is serious fabrictaions made by the "nurse" , the list goes on and on, I have explained this in my complaints but have only noted the most serious ones to them.

No decision has been made on my pip claim, its now not about that it really is just all the lies that have been written
she has made a mockery of the whole report and my disabilities.

Should I cantact my MP before or after I recieve a response from the departments mentioned?

kind regards

Hi toys,

I guess you have two options -

You can contact your MP at the same time as you complain to DWP and Capita. The MP might be able to help get them to take your case seriously.

You can wait until you have had a reply from DWP and Capita. Then you can tell your MP how they have responded and whether it was satisfactory.

Update : phone call from Capita at 9.15 this morning! ...
Spoke to a man whom has informed me due to the allegatios of my complaint they will be sending a copy of my email on to the DWP .
I informed them that i have wrote a letter to the DWP already and that my better half is at the post office as we speak ( asked if i was right to address C/O decision maker , he comformed that was right)

He kept to his script to read from and then said I need to write a MR , I explained I havent had a decision yet , but felt the need to lodge a complaint due to the major fabrications by their "nurse"

Was told that everything that he has told me would be put in writing and i should recieve it by wednesday.

I am really surprised at how fast they have contacted me , considering complaint email was sent saturday and they on phone to me 1st thing monday....

does this mean they are taking my complaint seriously?

kind regards

(again sorry if im being a nuisance :- o )
