It's not always about providing more evidence, although it never hurts to provide something if it helps to further your case. There's a GP Notes document in the PIP section that might add some structure to what your GP or Consultants might provide.

You can try ringing the Tribunal Service, they may be able to give you a better idea of waiting times for your area.

Often it is not the ammount of evidence you provide but the way it is presented. Try to make your appeal as simple as possible for the panel. Reference each of your points to the exact place in the pile of evidence so there can be no doubt. They don't want to be reading the equivalent of war and Peace so make your submission idiot proof
