atos insisting on face to face although I suffer severe social anxiety paranoid. schizophrenia and haven't left house for over a year I also have physical issues yet they refuse home visit and keep changing the reasons this whole process making me ill dwp phoned me and had me in tears so I said it didn't matter anymore as I would be dead to which she replied well if there's nothing more I can help you with enjoy the rest of your day and hung up I live alone and am really struggling please help me
