Recent changes regarding travel and epilepsy

I am appointee for my son who suffers with severe epilepsy dyslexia and social anxiety his appeal is in 2 weeks I am representing him will they take these changes into consideration at his appeal he cannot travel alone

They should

but is can't hurt for you to explain in writing how he is effected in connection with this new guidance. Anything you send need to be with the Tribunal Service no later than seven days before the hearing.

Thank you Gordon for your reply however since my post I contacted Pip for advice and they checked his records and because we have waited since last December 2016 for appeal he does not fit into the time frame but the advisor said if he failed the appeal we could apply again and he would fit into the time frame and catogory words fail me

I don't agree with the DWP's view, the UTT Decision is based on the PIP Descriptors as enacted in 2013.
