PIP Tribunal Hearing letter arrives too late

i appealed against dwp decision not to award me me PIP, however without "thinking" i sent my appeal to dwp who rang me today to say i should have sent my appeal to the FtT now i am to late maybe as a result of a postal error, and my inability to cognize .. Can anybody assist me here? Would be appreciated.. :(

I have moved your post to it's own topic, we ask members not to post their questions in other's topics as it can lead to the wrong advice being given or taken.

You can still request an appeal by sending an SSCS1 to the Tribunal Service but you will now need to explain why it is late, your sending the original one to the DWP should be accepted as Good Cause.
