PIP reassessments after age 64 was created by Calmcglaughlin
Hi
I have recently been moved from DLA to PIP and have received my award for 5 years. I am currently 62, and will therefore be 67 when my reassessment is due. Does this mean that I will not have to have a reassessment when the time comes, or does the fact that my award is only for 5 years mean that I will have to go through the reassessment process at age 67.
Thank you very much indeed for any advice on this.

I'm afraid the intention of PIP is regular reassessment, so you should expect to be reassessed in four years, PIP awards are reassessed a year in advance of the end date.
