PIP report was created by Wheelynice
My partner got his PIP award and he is happy with the overall outcome, of enhanced rates. However, there are a number of inaccuracies and things written on the report that were not said by him. Even with the physical exam he was unable to do it and wasn't even asked to do some of the things, yet it was recorded that he did them.
It doesn't seem right that these things should be documented when they are not true and inaccurate. It is concerning that this assessors report could be used at the next review.
I don't suppose there is much you can do as there is nothing to be gained from an MR as on enhanced rates and complaining to the assessment company would probably result in a reassessment. Any thoughts?

I'm afraid your only options are an MR or a complaint. the latter will not automatically result in a reassessment but it is a possibility if the report is withdrawn, how great the risk is I can't calculate, it is low, possibly very low bit is certainly non zero.
