Legal representation at a PIPS tribunal was created by ginny humphreys
My son is requesting a tribunal hearing for his recent PIPS refusal. I have no idea how to seek legal representation form at this tribunal. Any Advice? I will pay if necessary as he is working and wouldn't be entitled to creation support I suppose

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

You don't need legal advice for a Tribunal although it is your choice to seek it.

I would try and get face to face advice from a trained advisor first, do an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county. If you do want legal advice then have a look at the following

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
