So I have been worked up for my pip face 2 face appointment at 3pm I get a call saying the hcp can't do it and need to change the date.... hmmm am sure if I had done the same it would not have been accepted... 45 mins before the face 2 face I was all ready for it ... I mean 45 mins before ... that's awful surely
