PIP Review Assessment was created by neildry9
About to have my PIP Review Assessment at the end of this week. One question I have is that - Can I take my own notes into my assessment with me? For my reference only and not for the Assessors eyes! Would I lose points doing this? Can I refuse to do certain movements if I would be in pain from them? Also, can I make notes about the Assessor, or would they mark me down with spite? Thanks in Advance!

You can take your own notes to the assessment the only thing I would say is that if you have to refer to them then you should explain why you are doing so to the assessor.

I would be very surprised if you have the time to take any notes during the interview!

You can refuse any activity that would cause you unreasonable physical or mental distress, again, make sure you explain why you are doing so.
