Have you started having any feedback from people who are going through the Form 1043 review for the 2nd time (from 2 years ago)? Are they being called to endure a f2f or are renewal decisions being made by the DWP? I guess some will also soon be coinciding with the "light touch" decisions as well.
You ask an interesting question, I not aware of anybody reaching the stage of a second reassessment on the forum so I'm afraid I can't answer your question at this time.
The Light Touch process only applies to On-Going awards so it will not be clear until 2023 at the earliest as to what that means.

Hi- I am on second review for PIP atm, first claimed 2014, reviewed 2016 and now 2018 on second time. All a year in advance and awards for 3 years, so 2 year gap. I haven;t noticed a light touch just more of the same!
