Hi my husband is going through PIP review and I am going to send as supporting evidence a diary . He had a stroke about 18 month ago . Do I need to send full year diary or just extract ? Any advice highly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

If you have a full years diary then I would send it, just make sure that you know what it includes, if you don't then send what you have or can complete by the time the form needs to be returned.
