how long before I get letter of decision on my pip, told me they had all they needed 7 weeks ago week after my face to face assessment

There are delays throughout the PIP process at the moment, our current best estimate is 12 weeks from the assessment.

I was exactly 12 weeks from assessment to decision (assessment mid July, letter start of August saying they had everything, decision this week!) I phoned them up a few times, didn’t speed anything up but made me feel better. And I also made sure I had a copy of the assessor report so I knew what was coming!
