Does a medical always follow the ESA50 even though the claimant was put in the support group by ESA after their last assessment? Or do they ever see nothing has changed for the better and not make the claimant go through the assessment again? If they do, do you have examples of questions asked in the assessment please?

Being in the SG does not mean that you will not be required to have a face to face assessment, you will need to have provided sufficient explanation of your limitations in completing the PIP activities, supported by up to date medical evidence.

Our ESA Claim guides have sections on the assessment and the questions you are likely to be asked.
