ESA Tribunal was created by Madteacher57
Having had ESA stopped in September 2017 my son and I eventually went to our tribunal and won! His payment due will be backdated to September 2017.

Congratulations on winning your son's appeal.

It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result, if you haven't done it already, I would give the DWP a call just to make sure that they have received the Decision Notice.

His ESA will be backdated to the day that it was stopped,
