Asesors report,hi all as usual report contradicts all we said at interview in the house ,do I have to wait for final decision before appeal ,we got 8 points for daily living and 12 for mobility thanks

You can't request a Mandatory Reconsideration until a Decision is made but you can start your preparations.

Thanks Gordon,I realise we are luckier than some as our award is the same as we basically had for esa ,but the report is so far from what was actually said in the home visit ,it proves what all the others have been saying that the system is flawed or even broken ,

Hi again Gordon,do the dwp usually follow the asessors report or change it as they wish ,as obviously my pip scores only squeeze through ,

DMs usually follow the recommendation of the assessment report but they are not bound by it.
