I am awaiting a reconsideration, sent off paperwork within required timeframe plus a doctors letter (sent seperately), both by signed delivery, both were signed for within the time limitation. Have tried to ring several times but cannot get through. Blood pressure readings are now very high.... Question is, is there a timescale for DWP to write to me about this MR? Please help.
