ESA "look at previous claim" letter was created by borzio12345@yahoo.co.uk
Hi all, and thanks in advance for any advice.
My wife ,who is 65 with High DLA (Mobility and Care) has just been sent an ESA3 (IBR) form requesting details from 2013 to 2017. I am 66 and we are both retired with only our State pensions and DLA financially.
If I may ask, (as I trust the DWP none with their "you may be entitles to extra payments" opening page:

Is this to do with what I read in the news as a challenge won by women born in the 50s, and therefore indeed a possible extra payment due to the change in retiral age? Or is this the usual DWP that opens a can of worms with a negative outcome?

In the form, when they ask for details of my NHS pension, are they talking about what I get now as opposed to during this period 13-17?

And the same question with regards to savings?
There is no way I can know details going back to 2013, so I'm supposing it is now they are asking about. If that is the case, would any payment extra be subject to the 2018 amount that I declare?

Thanks for looking at this for me as we have had some shocking dealings with the DWP in past history that are all resolved now, and as I said above trust them none.
