I recently had my WCA conclude I score 0 points and am 'Fit for Work' (after about 6yrs in wrag esa). Having a right nightmare over MR as I know this is my last chance to save my esa award, etc, as my area is Full UC.
Q. Can/Will/is likely, that the ESA FfW decision based on recent WCA, will be used to trigger a PIP (standard on both till 2021) re-asesement or be auto 'supersessioned' and ended ?
I've moved your post to its own topic, it's not fair on the OP to ask your questions in their topic.
I would not expect your PIP award to be affected by this ESA Decision, worst case it would result in your award being reassessed but the criteria for the two benefits is very different and I can count on one hand the number of time that we have seen this happen.
