Going to a Tribunal without the claimant because he is so ill and being represented by his appointee.
What is the chances of winning or not if one had really good evidence to back up the claim and to slam the decisions by the DWP and assessors un-truths?
It's impossible to say, the panel will make their Decision based on whether they believe that the claimant meets the criteria for an award, their evidence will play an important part in this but ultimately it will depend on their limitations in completing the PIP activities.
