I have just seen a scan of the 113 my GP has filled in about me. In the Which conditions do NOT effect ability to work question, She has put my main physical condition.
She has also not ticked any of the boxes that cover mental health issues either.
Is this it ? Will my ESA be stopped? Is there anything I can do? Will anything I say in the ESA50 be belived? I have only known my GP a couple of months and seen her twice althou for issues not part of my claim.
The first thing you need to do is to speak to your GP about the form, if they agree that the information they provided was incorrect then they could write a letter correcting it.
You cannot be found fit for Work without your attending a face to face assessment.
It will certainly make it more difficult for you but it does not mean that you cannot receive an award.
