I have been on ESA Support Group for 5 years classified as a legacy benefit. I have recently received an ESA50 Form and a WCA test.
My condition has not improved. I have provided evidence from my consultant.
I am worried that my WCA will fail and I will be forced onto natural migration . I am not on PIP or SDP. Does anyone have any experience or advice on this issue?
If you are found Fit for Work then the only benefit that will be available to you during the MR will be Universal Credit. If the MR fails and you go onto appeal then you can ask for your ESA to be reinstated at the Assessment rate but only if you have not already claimed UC.
