Hello Can someone clarify what I believed was that people with long standing ill health that would not improve at all were no longer required to attend assessments. Is this not the case now? Thank you Lynn
So some ESA Claimants can and have been excused from further assessment but the decision is with the DWP as to whether a claimant meets the criteria or not, it is not a blanket exemption and the decision will only be made after the claimant has been reassessed again.
