My PIP award was reviewed about 12 months ago after I attended a medical interview etc. They re-awarded it on an ongoing basis. In practice, can you please give me any hint as to how long it might be before the DWP come knocking again to re-assess? I like to have some idea as I don't like DWP surprises. I know things change so am just asking how things stand now.
Subject to there being no Change of Circumstances an On-Going award should not be reassessed any earlier than ten years and you should have a Light Tough assessment although I can't tell you what this will consist of at the moment.
